Following the success of their arrangement with British Pathe, the Regional Broadband Consortia have again combined to provide their schools with another high-quality free resource.

Audio Network owns the rights to a huge archive of over 6,000 audio tracks produced by their collective of musicians and composers, which includes Evelyn Glennie and Tim Renwick.

The content is supplied to the international film, television and media markets. CLEO schools may search online and download these files free of charge. Schools are identified as CLEO users by their IP address in the same way as when they obtain clearance to use British Pathe materials . They may edit and repurpose tracks for use in their own not-for-profit productions subject to licence conditions.

The authentication routine is centrally managed for all regional broadband consortia. If any CLEO school is not able to access these resources free of charge (or you are asked for a password) please contact the CLEO Project Office office@cleo.net.uk
