the West Midlands Regional Broadband consortia have produced a website containing video conferencing support materials. The site, freely available across the National Education Network is designed to provide a simple introduction on VC for those interested in learning more about how video conferencing works and the different parts of a video conferencing system.
This link to the Megaconference website, provides some useful information regarding the etiquette of video conferencing. The information on the site is particularly useful if you are participating in a multiconference.
