Before you start, set aside an hour to set up your camera
You will need to download the above document (Getting started, your VC checklist). You will need to keep a record of serial numbers of the equipment on this checklist.

To have registered with CLEO (see the section on this website 'Making a call register with CLEO first). To ensure that your PC system meets the minimum spec.

The email address you will use for all communication/arrangements for the video conference.
Setting up the software and camera, you will need to record
The licence number for the software. This will be on the outside of the camera box
The serial number on the base of the camera
When you activate the camera, you will also need to record
Your activation key code
The email address used when you register your software
The user name used when the software is registered
The password you create when the software is registered
