Freedom Sports Ltd is a retail sports company who intend to introduce a new range of sportswear. They are an established company who lack experience of using ICT, they have only recently discovered some of the benefits of using ICT within the workplace. They realise that they still have a lot to learn and have asked you to advise them on several areas that they are unsure of. Sound advice from you could decide whether their new sportswear venture will be a success or a failure!

You will be asked to complete a range of tasks for Freedom Sports and then combine them into a report. Before you start you will need to think about how you will store the information for your report. As the work progresses you will need to reconsider how you organise this information. Some work is designed to help you think about how you approach tasks and will be stored in your course folder. Most of the work you produce, however, will form part of your portfolio work on which you will be assessed as part of your GCSE. You should store this work safely on the computer, keep a back-up copy and a paper or hard copy.
