Your first task is to review a range of existing business documents.
- Collect examples of a range of business documents. Eg. Letters, memos, faxes, web pages, magazine layouts, presentations, data capture forms, financial plans & database reports. Use the CD ROM which has examples of business documents to help you.
It would be useful if you had a: memo, financial report with graphs, a letter, an advert, a web page and a database report.
- Complete the prepared proforma (or you can design your own) and analyse the documents you have looked at. Print out and store hard copies of this work in your course folder.
Don't forget to put your name on them!
