Freedom Sports would like to improve internal communication  through the use of a standard memo.  They would like you to design the memo and then use it to send the information from the cash flow to the finance department.

1. Design a memo for Freedom Sports & print your blank memo. (Remember to include your logo).
   
   
2. Send a memo to the finance department that gives a brief explanation of the current financial position. This could involve reasons why it is necessary for the company to diversify into sportswear, as it is not going to thrive if it continues to make the same brand of products.
   
   
3. Print the memo and add it to your portfolio.
   
   
4. Annotate all printouts from this task including any draft printouts you have produced.
